Shipping Rates - US Domestic:
Shipping is via USPS First Class mail insured. We confirm both receipt of order and shipping date by e-mail. Items are usually shipped within 48 hours. First class mail should take 2-5 working days; allow more time near the holidays. Rates for U.S. states and territories apply to each address and are as follows:
Purchases under $50: $4.95
Purchases $50 - $150: $7.95
Purchases over $150: free shipping
International Shipping:
We welcome international orders. Shipping charges are the actual cost and/or insurance. Please do not place your order through the website; instead, contact us to place your order and for shipping information. We will send you an invoice.
Arizona Sales Tax:
Purchases made by Arizona residents are subject to an 8.1% surcharge to cover state and local taxes.
Returns:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns or exchanges may be made within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in the original condition, unworn and well-packed. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment; shipping fees are not refundable.
Resizing
Bracelets are sized between 7 and 9 inches. Bracelets can be restrung to a smaller size for a $5.00 USD charge. The cost for enlargement will depend upon the availability and the type of stone. Please contact us to obtain the specific charge.
Availability of Merchandise
Most of our jewelry is one-of-a-kind; therefore, items go to the first customer. We put a "sold" sign on each purchased piece. In case we receive an order for an item which has been sold, SKW will contact the customer by e-mail to discuss options. Susan can attempt to create a similar piece if the materials are available. If this is not what the customer wants, we will issue a refund.
